It’s almost the 4th of July and I wanted to share with you an easy oven baked s’mores recipe that you can do at home with your family. This is the time of year where most everyone is outside enjoying the warmer weather, fishing and enjoying some nice fire roasted s’mores.
But if you aren’t able to go out and camp then you can still enjoy some oven baked s’mores at home. 🙂
S’mores have always been such fun for me to make. When I was a kid I always enjoyed a nice fire roasted marshmallow and creating my own s’more.

Oven Baked S’mores Recipe:
The first thing you want to do is turn your oven on broil mode. Let your oven heat up. While your oven is heating up you will need to grab out a cookie sheet, some marshmallows, Hershey’s chocolate bars and a bag of graham crackers.
Set your graham cracker down onto the cookie sheet along with your marshmallow on top. You can use one big marshmallow or if you prefer some smaller marshmallows on the inside to create your perfect s’more.
Place cookie sheet into your oven and broil for a few minutes until the marshmallow is golden brown. It usually takes about 2-3 minutes. Watch it very closely until the desired position.
Once your marshmallow is broiled at your desired temp. You will need to pull out the cookie sheet and stack a square of chocolate on the top of the marshmallow, following with your graham cracker.
The chocolate will melt onto the hot marshmallow creating a delicious gooey mess!
