Not just because they are a very quick and simple dinner idea or quick lunch after church but because they are delcious and packed full of flavor. I have experimented with different types of sliders but today I want to share with you how you can make some delicious buffalo chicken sliders with frank’s hot sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 Count of Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 12.5 oz can of chicken breasts
- Half of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Block
- 2 Tbsp of Frank’s Hot Sauce
Butter Topping:
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
Directions:
The first thing you are going to want to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is heating shred the chicken. You can either cook some chicken and shred it or your can use canned chicken breasts like I did in this recipe. Add in half a block of cream cheese and mix together in your stand mixer or using a handheld mixer.
Once you have your chicken and cream cheese mixed together then place 2 Tbsp of Frank’s hot sauce in with the chicken mixture. Add more Frank’s hot sauce if you want it a little hotter.
Next you will lay out all of the Hawaiian rolls. Cut the rolls in half and lay the bottom pieces on a baking sheet. Set the tops aside.
Once you have all the rolls cut in half and layed out on the baking sheet, scoop out a spoonful of the Buffalo Chicken and spread onto the bread. Place the Hawaiian Roll tops on top once done.
Place 2 Tbsp of butter in microwave bowl and melt. Once the butter is melted put 1/4 Tsp garlic salt into the butter and mix together well.
Use a brush and brush all of the garlic butter mixture evenly on the Buffalo Chicken Sliders.
Once you have the rolls coated with the garlic butter mixture, place in the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
