Meatball Sub Sandwich

Meatball Sub Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Hoagie buns
  • Frozen Meatballs
  • Swiss Cheese or favorite cheese
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

Place frozen meatballs in cast iron pan or your favorite pan. I love my cast iron so I added them to my cast iron pan along with some spaghetti sauce on top to have meatballs cook in the sauce along with warming up the sauce. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.

Once the meatballs are done cooking in the oven, pull out and keep oven on!

Once, you have your hoagie buns filled with the meatball mixture and cheese, place baking sheet in oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Pull out of oven once cheese is melted to your desire and let cool 1 minute. Enjoy!
