Hey there, today I am going to walk you through how you can make the best, moist banana bread. No matter what time of year, whether it is spring or the holiday season. You and your family can sit back and enjoy this banana bread recipe.

First you will need to place 2-3 ripe bananas into a bowl. I am doubling the recipe, so I have a few extra bananas.

I usually place 1/3 cup of butter into a saucepan and allow it to melt while I get into the next step. You can do it in whatever order you would like. 🙂

Once you have all of your bananas in the bowl, you will need to mash them with a spoon until completely smooth.

Stir your melted butter into the mashed bananas, until they are mixed together well.

Now, in a separate bowl or your stand mixer. You will need to add 1 tsp. of baking soda, a pinch of salt, one beaten egg, 1 tsp. of vanilla and 1 1/2 cups of flour and 3/4 cups of white sugar.

Next, you will add your mashed bananas and melted butter into the flour mix. Mix well and make sure that no flour is remaining on the bottom.

Once mixed, grease bottom of loaf pan and pour your batter into the pan. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. It will bake about 50 min. to an hour. Longer or shorter depending on your stove. With mine it took a little less than 50 min.
