Do you find yourself loving chicken recipes? I know I absolutely do! How about when it comes to a chicken fajita recipe? Now that is what I’m talking about.

I would like to share with you today this amazing chicken fajita recipe that you and your family can enjoy!

Ingredients

The following ingredients you will need:

2 thawed chicken breasts

1 yellow onion

2 Tomatoes (I usually use the larger tomatoes but Roma should work just fine.)

1 Bell Pepper

Just so you know this recipe will serve 2-4 people. If you have more than 2 people in your home I would recommend doubling the recipe. 🙂

Chicken Fajita Spice Recipe

1 Tsp. garlic powder

1 Tsp. onion powder

1 Tsp. ground cumin

1 Tbsp. lemon pepper

1 Tsp. paprika

1 tsp. oregano

Directions

Cut up the thawed chicken into slices and place on a plate. Once, you have your chicken sliced you will need to place in a ziploc bag.

Measure all of your spices into a bowl and mix together well with a fork.

After all of your spices are mixed together well, you will need to dump all of the spices in with the chicken. Shake bag until mix is all dispersed onto the chicken slices.

When you see that the spices are all on the chicken pieces, you will now head over to the stove and cook the chicken.

Cook until golden and done.

The next step is to saute’ your bell peppers and onion. When the veggies are completely saute’d it is now time to heat up your tortilla’s for a few minutes.

Heat up tortillas on a skillet until soft, or microwave for a few seconds.

Slice up your tomatoes and add some sour cream.

Wrap up your fajitas and you are ready to serve and enjoy!

Tip: Try this recipe with steak, pork or beef. You won’t regret it! 🙂

I hope that you enjoyed this chicken fajita recipe! It is absolutely mine and my husbands favorite. Of course did I mention we love anything remotely close to mexican food. 😉

Let me know in the comments below how your recipe turned out! I would love to hear what you thought.

Til next time and God bless!
