I don’t know about you but I love garlic. Garlic is my friend when it comes to cooking and adding flavoring into my meals. Another thing that I absolutely love is garlic butter!

I have been to restaurants where they have had garlic butter and I have tried to figure out their recipe, but decided to experiment and create my own garlic butter recipe.

If you are like me and love garlic, then this garlic butter recipe is for you! This recipe is great on bread rolls, different slider recipes and/or even to use as fry dip.

Stir all spices together into the butter for 1 minute and a half or until everything is mixed together well.

You can let this butter recipe sit a little longer to allow the butter to harden for using as fry dip sauce or grab a brush like I did below and butter the garlic mixture onto your rolls or sandwich sliders.
