Beef and noodles are one of my most favorite meals. There is just something about the flavorful beef that melts into your mouth in every bite, along with the noodles and mashed potatoes.

When I was growing up, my mom would make beef and noodles only once a year around Thanksgiving and Christmas. In our family it was more of a traditional meal for the holidays than anything. Don’t get me wrong she would make it if it was one of our birthdays or if we requested it, but it was more of a fall and seasonal meal.

If you have never had the chance to eat a beef and noodles recipe, then I highly suggest you try this recipe. You will not be disappointed.

I hope that you enjoy this amazing instant pot beef and noodles recipe!

Instant Pot Beef and Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 4 Lbs. Chuck Roast
  • 4 Cups Beef Broth
  • Grandma Noodles ( you can get these from Wal-Mart)

For this recipe I use my instant pot. If you don’t have an instant pot you can get one below from Amazon. 🙂 If you don’t have an instant pot I highly recommend it as it helps me cook my meals in half the time it would take in a crock pot.

Directions:

Set your instant pot on Saute mode and saute you chuck roast on all sides until brown. Once all saute’d, pour in 4 cups of Beef Broth into your instant pot and set your timer for 45 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, let it sit in the instant pot another 10 minutes. DO NOT RELEASE PRESSURE!

When 10 minutes have gone by, you can now release the pressure from your instant pot. After all of the pressure has been released out of the instant pot, you can place your noodles inside. Stir everything together nicely and cook for 10 more minutes.

You want the noodles to be perfect and not mushy or grainy, so that is why you will add in your noodles last.

After the last 10 minutes have gone by with cooking your noodles, you will need to release the pressure one last time on your instant pot.

Serve as is or serve over some mashed potatoes. Let cool for a few minutes, serve and enjoy! 🙂
